I’m a journalist and award-winning magazine editor, a spiritual ascension guide and coach, co-counselling teacher and mind-body-spirit author (non-fiction). Manual for the Conscious Car Driver is my first novel, though I wrote it when I was 19, which is 30+ years ago!
The first of a two-book series, it is an epic love story addressing both the path of awakening and the evolutionary power of soulmate love. The themes of the book, though a fictional work, tie in very much with the work I do with my spiritual business, Little White Feather.
I have been assisting those on a path of conscious growth since my late teens, when I went through the first of a number of radical awakenings that re-defined my life and form much of what my work is about.
I also run six online programmes every year helping people grow and change and have clients in 18 different countries.
